Anyone else (on a dollar basis) lose more money over the last few days than the rest of their life combined?

Selling at the bottom would be a disaster obviously, but losing so much is almost an out-of-body experience

edit: I'm not interested in a lecture on what "investing" means or how I should feel, I am just seeking to share the weird feeling, esp this time. For the record I've been in this game for more than a decade.
