How do you handle the urge to break your DCA schedule during big dips?

Been DCAing for about a year now and every time there is a major dip like this week I feel the urge to throw in extra. Sometimes it works out, sometimes I end up buying before an even bigger dip.

Curious how other long term holders handle this. Do you stick strictly to your schedule or do you have a separate fund for opportunistic buys?
