How to avoid account freeze from off platform P2P cash

Whats up, my money is clean. but i give individuals cash they usually ship me usdt on binance. My money is obvious. is that this ok for binance . i dont need to cope with freezes. i have invoices for my money. and its my personal savings. so i maintain it money on me as in lebanon we dont use bank accounts ( they stole 150okay$ from me and refused to provide it, similar with everybody in lebanon) so we just depend on money. is this okay? invoices are paid tax to my local governmnet
