Trustee Plus froze my USDT transaction — first said 3–7 days, now 30–60 business days. What should I do?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with Trustee Plus and a similar situation.
I made a USDT transaction on the TRC20 network, and Trustee Plus put it under additional review.
At first, their support told me the review would take approximately 3–7 business days. Now they have changed that and told me the transaction has been sent for an “in-depth review” and may take 30–60 business days, with an approximate response date of October 15.

They haven't clearly explained what triggered the review or whether they need any documents from me.
Has anyone here experienced something similar with Trustee Plus?
How long did your review actually take?
Did you eventually get your funds back/released?
Did Trustee Plus ask you for documents or proof of funds?
Did contacting a regulator or filing a formal complaint help?
Is there anything I should do now rather than simply wait 30–60 business days?
