Unable to access account

Anyone unable to access their account as a consequence of their telephone quantity having changed since they last used Binanec?

Binance is asking me to ship a video of my first transaction on their web site, which I clearly shouldn't have access to with a view to reset my 2 issue authentication.

They then send me a message telling me to contact help, which is principally a bot with no answers to any of my questions/considerations.

Starting to feel like i acquired scammed.
